Jump n Play

I took the boys to the Jump n Play in Avon Thursday with Tony, Meredith, Turner and Berkeley. The boys had so much fun. I highly recommend this place for any one that has young kids. Since we went during the week it wasn't busy at all and the kids really got to enjoy everything.Turner and Brody climbing up the big slide and then sliding down it together. I am so glad their is someone his age that he really enjoys to play with.

Beckett wasn't so sure about everything at first because he normally does not like these things but the first time I took him down the big slide then he couldn't stop going we eventually sent him down by himself and he thought that was so funny.

Here Comes Santa Clause

This first picture is one of many that I took trying to get a good picture for our christmas cards. This was Brody's smile for every picture.I took the boys to the clubhouse to see Santa with Jason, Kristin, Conner, Joni, Harrison, David and Madelyn. Toby had to work late so he wasn't able to go. Santa was brought in on a firetruck which Brody thought was really cool. It was so cold outside that luckily we got there at the right time to see Santa light the tree and see some fireworks. We all then went inside to see if the kids were going to sit on Santa's lap without crying. Like Beckett did the first time.

Beckett did much better this time around. You can tell how interested they were to see him, but once Santa started talking to them they got into it.

Here is my picture of all the kids, it might be a little better than Kristin's, but I don't think we will every get a good one. Those boys can't sit still long enough to get there picture taken.
I think we are now officially ready for Santa to come. We hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Catching Up!

I am trying to finally catch up on some pictures. For those that don't know we are having another baby. I am 14 weeks pregnant and finally starting to feel better. I didn't think it was ever going to go away, so everything has been a little (okay a lot) neglected so I am finally trying to catch up. We had a great Thanksgiving but forgot the camera so I have no pictures, I guess my head is not where it should be.

We took the boys to go see Santa Clause because Brody couldn't stop talking about it. I new he would do fine but was not sure about Beckett. As you can tell by the picture he didn't want to get to close. He was fine when we weren't trying to sit him on Santa's lap but we had to get a picture anyway. The picture above is Brody right before he told Santa EVERYTHING he wanted for Christmas and was asking were is reindeer were.

This is what Toby's evenings usually consist of. We still have a biter so we are trying to break that. Poor Brody gets most of them, but usually deserved.

Happy Halloween!

Hope everyone had a happy halloween. The boys had a lot of fun this year. I think they were more interested in eating the candy than going to peoples houses. We were glad to get all the kids together and try to get all their pictures. As you can see Beckett was Elvis and Brody was a elephant.

Playing at the Park & Pumpkin Patch

Here are a couple pictures playing at the park. They had so much fun playing with Conner and Harrison.
We went to the pumpkin patch in Danville Saturday afternoon and let the boys pick out their own pumpkins. As you can see Brody must be colored blind because he wanted the green pumpkin. Beckett got a little help from daddy picking just the right one.

NYC Trip

Toby and I went to New York City for our 5 year anniversary last weekend. It was the first time either one of us had been there so we really didn't know what to expect. At first all the people and the big buildings were quite intimidating but once we started walking we saw so many things.

Here is RockefellerCenter. They said they were going to be getting ready for the ice skating rink. Here is Toby drinking the best drink, frozen hot chocolate from Serendipity 3.
The World Trade Center site.

Katie Holmes coming out of her Broadway show!

The empire state building is the one with the blue lights. The one with us in the carriage was how we got around central park. I can't believe we payed someone to pull us in that with his bicycle. The last picture is the view of Manhatten from Brooklyn.

Brody's Birthday Party

We took Brody to Chuck E Cheese for his birthday party. He was so excited to go and then to see everyone there made it even better. As everyone was getting there he had to show each person his Thomas the Train cake that we got for him. I didn't know if he would make it till we sang to him. The picture that I didn't put up shows him licking the blue icing around the outside of the cake. Brody and Elle having fun in the car.
They weren't quite sure about Chuck E Cheese. Good thing papaw Braeger was there.
You can't see his face but he was so excited when he opened this present. It was like they new that was what he wanted.
Brody and Conner riding the horse. I will have to try and post the video of the two them riding it. It was quite funny. I am glad Conner was able to enjoy riding the rides because every time we put Beckett on one he screamed so loud that everyone looked at me like "what are you doing." We were glad that everyone had a good time and that Brody had a great birthday.

Happy 3rd Birthday Brody!

Here is Brody with his new bicycle. He hasn't quite learned how to pedal, but he will get it. Will have more pictures to post after his birthday party.

Random Pictures

I can't believe that summer is almost over. It has been so much fun being able to take the boys out and let them play outside. They are at such a fun age and most of the time they like to play together. Toby's parents found a basketball goal in their garage so Brody has had a lot of fun learning to shoot hoops.
Here they took a break from driving the mustang long enough to pose for a picture with Papaw Braeger.
Here is Brody posing on Conner's four wheeler. Now he tells us he wants one of those. I should get used to that having two boys. Isn't that what they always say "boys and their toys". I am in so much trouble. Beckett isn't able to reach the pedals in the mustang yet, but he did figure out how to drive Conner's motorcycle.

Even though some days I feel like they are never going to stop and that I am going to lose my mind they will surprise me and actually sit still longer that 10 minutes and watch a movie. So with summer coming to an end we look forward to all the things we get to do this fall.

Four Wheeler Ride

We were over at Jason and Kristin's and they showed Brody the four wheeler that Jason bought for Conner when he gets bigger. Brody kept asking to go for a ride, I was a little unsure at first but then Toby and I decided that he could go if Jason was on the back. Well, it didn't take long for him to be driving it by himself. It was so cute watching him ride it, but it was even funnier watching Toby and Jason chase after him. Next time there will definitely be a helmet worn! (Happy Birthday Kristin!)

Another Fun Weekend!

We had another fun weekend. Friday night we went to the State Fair with Jason, Kristin, Conner, Joni and Harrison. The boys had a lot of fun riding the rides, playing the games, and feeding the animals. We had a lot fun trying all the food. It seemed like we tried one of everything by the time we left. Saturday night we went to a birthday party for my uncle Al and cousin Kelly. Brody got to go on a four-wheeler ride (several times) which he loved. In the first picture uncle weiner weiner (don't ask) got to take him. Beckett especially like the tire swing that looks like a horse, he also figured out how to drive the little john deere tractor which he thought was cool. I don't know how many more nice weekends we are going to have so we have to take advantage of it because before we now it we will be stuck in the house. (Sorry for the pictures being out of order)
